Cooking lessons

We  payed attention not only on national history of the participating countries but also on their national cuisine.During the partner meetings in every school we tought  each other  how to cook traditional national dishes.It was nice and funny experience for all participants

in SOU ”Ekzarh Antim I”, Kaznlak, Bulgaria we cooked  the Bulgarian dishes- Shopska salad and Banitsa.

In Florida Centro de Educacion Secundaria, Catarroja, Spain we learned how to cook 
Pastissets de moniato 



in   Astor College, Dover, The United Kingdom we learned how to cook
 Victoria sponge cake  and Scones
